Charge it, then place it inside
Charge the unit over USB-C and press the button once — the indicator light confirms it's running. Stand it upright or lay it on a shelf or in the produce drawer with the vent facing open space, not pressed against a wall or a carton.

Fridge air passes through the vent
Air inside a fridge is constantly picking things up: odour molecules from onions, garlic, cheese and leftovers, plus the gases that ripening fruit and vegetables naturally give off — ethylene chief among them. That air moves through the vent opening on the front of the unit.

01 Does it actually work, or is it just a gadget?
It's designed to treat the air inside a closed, shared space — your fridge — so the compartment smells neutral and your produce sits in better conditions. The change most people notice first is the smell when they open the door.
We'd rather be straight with you: how much difference you notice depends on how strong the odour was to begin with, how full your fridge is, and how often the door gets opened. Give it a fair run in a normally stocked fridge, and if it isn't earning its spot, that's what the guarantee is for.
02 Why not just use baking soda?
Baking soda absorbs, and it needs replacing on a schedule most of us forget. It's also an open box in a space full of moving containers — easy to knock, easy to spill across a shelf.
This is a sealed, rechargeable unit instead: nothing to refill, nothing to spill, nothing to add to the shopping list. If your baking-soda routine genuinely works for you, there's no reason to switch — this is for people it hasn't worked for.
03 How long before I notice a difference?
